Theme: Press on
As believers, we are challenged to press on for the upward cause of Christ. The show's message to believers is to recognize there will be great adversity and persecution, but as the disciples pressed on, so shall we. To the unsaved, they clearly can hear the gospel as those who lived during the early church time. Fresh and un-hindered by culture. Nothing under the sun is new. The same heresies that are being propagated today are the same as they were back then.
Phil 1:21
For to me, to live is Christ and to die is gain.
Theme: Be careful beloved one.
Do not be wise in your own eyes and fall for every present traps of sin. Nothing new under the sun is new. Although the same roots of temptation abound in every culture, every generation, as believers, you have the power to overcome because He has overcome sin. To overcome bring healing and a better knowledge of the Holy One.

Whether a believer, or a non-believer, jealously, selfishness, and pride are traps that is waiting to ensnare all. Joseph’s hope and trust in God, during heartbreaking trial and disappointment, is inspirational for all people across time. Although the account of Joseph in this production is admittedly is not claimed to be perfectly historically and theologically accurate portrayal of the true story of Joseph from the Bible, it is our hope that audiences are inspired to read Genesis for themselves to be educated and edified.

But Joseph said to them, Do not fear, for am I in the place of God? As for you, you meant evil against me, but God meant it for good

One of Take 3’s most powerful performances uses an allegory to teach that throughout our past, man’s struggle is not against flesh and blood, but the ever-present forces of wickedness. However, that battle was won at the cross where God conquered death enabling His people to have life.
